• Do not cover the application site with tight or airtight dressings or clothing (including diapers).
• Do not apply other medicated products to the application site without explicit doctor approval.

Treatment typically lasts two to four weeks, depending on the type of infection and its severity. Most patients notice improvements after the first few doses; aside from the infection itself getting better, symptoms like itching, burning, and so forth also diminish. Patients are encouraged to complete treatment even if symptoms appear to be completely gone; there may be lingering fungi and ending treatment early can contribute to fungal resistance.

On the other hand, if there is no noticeable improvement after two weeks of treatment, or if the condition worsens at any time during treatment, a doctor should be consulted. Other medications will likely be more beneficial than continuing to buy Candid Cream.

Adverse Reactions

Most patients use Candid Cream without any significant side effects. Mild side effects may occur at the application site, but these should fade in just moments and often stop occurring at all after a few applications:

• Stinging
• Small bumps
• Redness
• Tenderness
• Flaking skin

Very rarely an allergic reaction is experienced in response to Candid Cream; symptoms include severe rash, hives, swelling of the face and/or throat, rapid or erratic heartbeat, difficulty breathing, severe dizziness and/or confusion, and so forth.
